Toolpy is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the platform, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 may be removed.
Toolpy is a classified listings platform that allows users to publish free listings and auction-based listings. Toolpy does not own, buy, sell, or control listed items. All transactions take place directly between users.
Registration requires a valid phone number. Users are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under their account.
Users may reserve free items using the “Take It” button. A daily limit applies. Abuse may result in account restrictions.
By confirming a winning action in an auction, a user expresses the intention to enter into a binding purchase agreement with the seller at the final displayed price. The winning user is expected to complete the transaction in good faith.
Failure to complete a transaction without legitimate reason may result in account suspension. Toolpy is not a party to transactions between users.
Illegal goods, fraudulent listings, weapons, drugs, hate speech, abusive content, spam, or automated postings are strictly prohibited. Toolpy may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Toolpy does not guarantee listing accuracy or transaction completion and is not responsible for disputes between users. The platform is provided “as is”.
We do not collect email addresses.
Data is used to operate the platform, ensure security, prevent abuse, display advertisements, and send service-related notifications. We do not sell personal data.
Data may be stored on secure servers outside your country of residence. Appropriate technical and organizational safeguards are applied.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data and opt out of personalized advertising via device settings.
